任职资格的具体描述：5年以上大型软件系统项目开发, 并有3年以上IVR应用开发,涉及XML, DLL等。至少2年Avaya VP 或Genesys VP 或 Edify项目实施经验有CTI&BX系统开发与集成经验熟悉J2EE,Oracle具有CRM、电信帐务、移动通信、呼叫中心应用开发与集成经验精通语音应用开发，例如VXML, TTS, VR优秀的问题分析与解决能力良好团队合作能力出色的管理能力流利的中、英文听说读写能力优先考虑:具有使用瀑布式、进化式以及螺旋式软件开发模型交付软件的能力具有车载信息系统开发与集成的经验具有CMMI 3级以上认证的组织中从事软件开发的经验Minimum 5 years experience in complex software development project,with minimum of 3 years experience in IVR Application using XML, DLL  etc.  At least 2 years project experience in Avaya VP or Genesys VP or Edify.
