CCNA考试被认定作弊
Cisco has identified testing irregularities from one of your last Cisco exam administrations. Your CCNA 200-301 attempt on 6/7/2020 12:44:26 PM has been flagged for a compromise of testing integrity. The Cisco Certification and Confidentiality Agreement (the “Agreement”) addresses compromises in testing integrity and provides for the revocation of any certification obtained under such circumstances.Cisco has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and investigate Misconduct (as defined in the Agreement). If Cisco, in its sole discretion, reasonably believes you have failed to comply with the Agreement (i.e., committed Misconduct), such Misconduct will constitute a breach of the Agreement. Cisco is hereby informing you of such Misconduct in the above-referenced exam.
Provided under the rights by the Agreement, Cisco is offering you the opportunity to appeal this determination.

RE-TEST APPEAL
The last day to appeal is September 19, 2020. During this 30-day period, you may not take any additional Cisco Certification exams, unless you are choosing the option to re-test. Any unauthorized test taken during this time will be subject to score revocation and registration fees will not be reimbursed. Please note that it is Cisco’s discretion to change the program (including exam offerings and policies) without cause or notice and changes will or may have occurred from the date of this letter.
WRITTEN APPEAL OPTION
You may appeal by submitting information that you consider to be relevant to the concerns raised about the validity of your Cisco test results. Your appeal must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days from the date of this notice. The last day to appeal is September 19, 2020. Send your appeal to Cisco’s Certification Exam Security Team (security-tipline@cisco.com) for review. Please include the following details in your appeal:
A photocopy of the ID(s) presented at the test center on the previously referenced date(s).
Your current mailing address.
Any information you wish to provide pertaining to the conduct of the exam referenced or to the conduct of any other individual or organization in relation to the integrity of the testing process, whether specific to your exam, your training, study material, or in general.
In any appeal, the sole issue to be decided will be whether there is a good faith reason to question the validity of your test results. Cisco will make every effort to review and respond to your submission within 90 calendar days of receipt, after which Cisco will communicate the decision. Decisions rendered by Cisco’s Certification Exam Security team are final.
EXAM RE-TEST OPTION
You may retake the exam in lieu of an appeal. You must schedule and re-take this exam ONCE, subject to the following requirements:
The re-test must be completed by September 19, 2020.
You must pass the exam without exception.
You are responsible for paying for the exam fee upon scheduling. Regardless if you pass or fail, you will be issued a 100% refund. If you are a NO SHOW, you will not receive a refund. NOTE: You CANNOT use a voucher or promo code to schedule your re-test. If you do, there will be NO REFUND.

Reference this case # 4908503. The Pearson VUE agent will create you a new CSCO # and help you register for your re-test. It is CRUCIAL for you to reference this case # when you call into Pearson VUE support.
If all requirements and no further discrepancies or irregularities regarding test integrity are identified, your original score(s) and related certification(s) will remain intact. Any prior restrictions will be lifted.
However, if you fail to respond to this notification within the allotted time period, your certification status will be indefinitely suspended 30 days after the date of this mailing.
If you choose to retest but do not fully meet all of the requirements, (1) your score(s) and related certification(s) will be revoked; (2) your access to the Cisco Certifications Tracking System will be permanently disabled; and (3) you will be permanently banned from registering to test for Cisco exams with Pearson VUE. If you fail the retest, you will still receive a refund of the exam fee.
不知道什么原因，只能重新考试么

可能是一下几种情况
1 你得分太高，答题太快，思科认为你看过题库 。很多人较真题库哪个题目答案不对，非得考个高分，不知道里面利害关系。 对思科来说 看题库也算作弊
2 后面查监控看到你有作弊行为
3 你考试的考点有违规操作此考点很多考试都被认定作弊
你可以找思科申诉但是能申诉回来的概率很小 我建議你先寫個APPEAL 給cisco，問清楚怎麼回事，講你完全是按照正常程序準備和參加考試，不知道為甚麼會被flagged for a compromise of testing integrity 講到你好無辜，願意配合他們調查，堅持你甚麼都沒做，付出了很多時間和努力，現在有可能重考，feel sad 他給你APPEAL 的機會，就是說明還沒板上釘釘，國外是這樣的 他说有重新考试的机会，我是不是可以在去考试一回 重新考试，是直接报名就可以么？还是需要给他们回复邮件啊 sad to hear this 答题答的太快了吧～～老师没教你要搞慢点吗～～～ 答題時間需多久才不會被懷疑作弊啊? 回答太快也有問題?? 答題還是不要太快，最好超過一半的時間 啊 做太快也不行啊 你20分钟不到就交卷了，是人都知道你背题库了！ 写个情况说明 ；再就是答题别太快
