For LACP, at least one of the two switches must be active.
Because the neighbor switch is passive, SW1 has to be active (Answer D).

考察lacp，那么PAgP和强制可以排除，即B,C排除，AD里面考虑，邻居是P:passive，那你这边必须是active了。就是选D。
这里划重点，flags是指的partner flags，即伙伴标识，就是邻居标识。
