交换机接口一直up/down

很明显的双工不匹配……half和full

同样的问题，跪求解决方法，我已关闭了自协商功能，不知道为什么还是会这样，我的端口配置如下：
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1
undo negotiation auto
speed 100
port link-type hybrid
voice-vlan 401 enable include-untagged
voice-vlan remark-mode mac-address
port hybrid pvid vlan 301
port hybrid untagged vlan 301 to 401
stp edged-port enable

你配置了边缘接口，
还用hrbrid？
