一个利用Excel设计项目进度图表——甘特图

甘特图是项目经理经常使用的工具，下面听我详细介绍在项目详细计划编制中，项目经理会需要甘特图（横道图）。这种图表可以用Project 、MindManager、Excel进行设计。今天要给大家举的例子就是使用Excel图表功能设计刚特图http://p1.pstatp.com/large/pgc-image/f1f1f05b471b487ead4fc5d708b03d0f

· 设置水平（值）坐标轴最小值=第一个任务【开始日期】。设置时需要填写日期对应的数字，所以要先转换一下任务日期为“常规”格式，看看第一个日期对应的数字是多少。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/pgc-image/dcdccdd0b8e14b41bd8f56f090712262
