公司网络服务器迁移其他网段能ping通，但访问不了

如题，公司总部服务器原IP192.168.6.6，现迁移到192.168.4.0段分公司处，通过电信组网vpn连接各分公司，现情况服务器用原有IP，能ping通但上不了，有划分vlan，4段网络vlan做了双网关。请各路大神帮帮忙
总部使用三层交换机，分部使用可管理二层交换机:handshake

the problem is not that clear. it would be better if we have some diagram. if i understand you correctly, you are migrating an ip address for your server? you only need to update then the intersting traffic on each side

通常情况我们ping域名只有两个目的：一是证明解析生效，二是证明网络是连通的。。
