openstack报错求大神指导

ERROR : Failed to set RDO repo on host 192.168.121.130:
RPM file seems to be installed, but appropriate repo file is probably missing in /etc/yum.repos.d/
Please check log file /var/tmp/packstack/20180111-222333-SuucuU/openstack-setup.log for more information
Additional information:
* Time synchronization installation was skipped. Please note that unsynchronized time on server instances might be problem for some OpenStack components.

1、ntp同步异常
2、yum源匹配有问题。
