真心求教！思科1232AP接入现有公司网络，设备连接不能获取IP地址

公司已经有现成的网络，有专门的DHCP服务器。现在要求我给客户开一个无线AP，用的是思科1232ap。本人小白，对AP进行了基础配置，交换机段IT经理开了端口配置了VLAN。现在的情况是在AP上PING公司内主要节点都可以PING通，但是设备连接AP获取不到IP地址，真心请教该怎么解决。

你是胖AP吧？具体怎么配的说清楚，用户的dhcp有没有？

你交换机端口上面没做DHCP中继吧？？？？

Check DHCP relay is configured on the switch (ip helper-address on layer3 interface) or WLC(DHCP on the dynamic interface associated to the SSID)?
Debug client <client mac> command on the wlc will help
