【求助】升级5.1后，converter无法使用了……

输入完 infrastructure服务器信息后，窗口就自动消失，查看事件查看器，内容是：
报告队列中的错误: 错误应用程序 converter.exe，版本 8.0.0.11006，错误模块 converter-logic.dll，版本 8.0.0.11006，错误地址 0x000e818b。
网上搜索也发现有人有同样的问题：

但是解决方法还是没有，请问有人能帮忙解决下吗？谢谢！

vConvert 5.0 不支持 vSphere 5.1 , 等新版本或补丁
要么先convert到vSphere 5.0中，然后将vm文件copy到5.1中

这是Convert的BUG，官方有KB说明此问题。只能等新版或补丁。

原来如此，我还去开了一个Case，10月15日开的，到现在还没给我解决。工程师给我来电给我讲他那边converter5可以连接vc5.1。。。原来是骗我。。

vSphere 5.1环境，使用converter5.0是不支持，但使用converter 4.3或之后的converter版本都可以支持vSphere 5.1环境，之前使用converter5.0转换vSphere 5.1环境也是转换窗口突然消失，换converter 4.3或之后的converter版本就可以了。

5.1就是个仓促上阵的玩意儿。
啥啥都不兼容，view也是
bug无数。
vmware的东西，看来以后得小心啊。
up1之后的才算稳定，千万不要在生产环境尝鲜
