Integrated data protection is so important that Data ONTAP Edge maintains a permanent connection to your central site to enable your data to be available should you need to recover it. 最早上的是2020，结果性能不行。
现在一律2240-2，内带24块SAS，外带24块15K转600G的SAS，24块7200转SATA 1T，双10G+4x1G端口，加上软件，服务也就折合RMB 35万，所以不折腾了。

今天netapp来，问了一下edge的价格，大约5000美金，实际购买有折扣。
以后的发展方向为支持cluster mode。
