RTP-PQ配置

添加起始port和port范围， 后面的bandwidth填写的是预留的带宽 nimokaka(config-if)#ip rtp priority {starting-rtp-port-number port-number-range}{bandwidth} 为LLQ和IP RTP设置占用带宽的百分比 nimokaka（config-if）#max-reserved-bandwidth percent检验RTP-PQ配置 1、显示接口队列信息: nimokaka#show queue 2、调试优先级队列: nimokaka#debug priority
