刚看到QOS，专门回头看了下

red，一直都纠结是random early detect还是random early drop，感觉应该是早期检测随机丢弃才好。不计较文字了。
就是在拥塞之前就会检测链路的负载程度，当达到设定值时就开始进行随机丢弃，并随着负载提高，相应增大丢弃率，虽然还未产生拥塞。
red主要是防止或减少大量的连续丢包。
